Howard Miller in 1943 for Westinghouse Electric <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westinghouse_Electric_(1886)> as an inspirational image to boost female worker morale. In an effort to highlighting the metal sign, metal tacks hold each corner down within the frame. This vintage sign is behind 65%UV filtering, anti-reflective glass. The frame itself is a wood frame with an aluminum “skin” - giving the entire piece a period look.
